Dan created a wooden body from a dismantled shed to aid the glazing and then installed it onto the entrance of Beth’s shed to create an atmospheric façade.

The dreamy building is flanked on the left by terracotta pots, patiently anticipating spring, and to the appropriate, through an unassuming significant black field. ‘here is one among my favourite things in the garden. The wormery is a little of an obsession really,’ says Beth. 

‘We’ve got a standard compost heap for grass clippings and the like after which the wormery is the place we put all of our kitchen scraps and waste paper. The soil the worms leave behind is outstanding for potting up seedlings since it’s basically fine and nutrient dense. I consider all and sundry should have one.’ 

while for a lot of a potting shed is a pragmatic house, for Beth it is also a place to spark the imagination, stuffed with infinite percentages and potential. ‘it might probably sound atypical, however I view the shed as an extension of my domestic, instead of some thing backyard it,’ she says. ‘i wanted it to be someplace I delight in spending time.’

From the ceiling cling a symphony of flowers filling the air with their aromatic notes.
