 There is a volunteer organization in Oregon that has rescued and saved 20,000 animals in the last month. When the fires were burning upriver from me (the fire came to within 14 miles of us) I saw convoys of trucks and horse trailers going up and back, hauling animals out. It was a beautiful thing to see. I am so inspired by my community.
