 You are really respectable governments that understand the problems and needs of their people and always strive to solve problems.

I am so glad to have a president who understands teachers and will care about education. Teachers went from being praised and put on a pedestal with calls of “Pay then more!” to villainized and on the receiving end of name calling and cries of “They don’t deserve their pay since the parents are the ones doing the teaching.” All in a few short months. I have taught for over 14 years, and this year I have worked the hardest I’ve ever worked and have endured the most I have ever endured. In one particularly stressful week of hateful comments from adults, I wrote my letter of resignation, then deleted it. I need the money, but most importantly I thought that hopefully, one day, I can love my job again. The kids need me.

It’s amazing how others are spending so much money and effort toward keeping you out of the office you were elected to hold as of January 20, 2021. Yet, your focus continues to be on the good of the country
